MEDIATION
Deal with conflicts in a constructive way,
aimed at a win-win outcome.
Positive Conflict View
Mediation helps to deal with conflicts in a constructive way, aiming a win-win result. The goal is to get the needs, concerns and wishes of all parties on the table and to understand positions.
Neutral Involvement
As a mediator, we remain neutral and support all parties to enter into dialogue and find solutions together. Participation is voluntary and the information remains confidential.
Process and Structure
A mediation process consists of three conversations. After these conversations, it is decided in consultation whether a follow-up is necessary. The mediator leads the process, while the parties determine the content, which ensures feasible and viable solutions.
Phases of Mediation
-
The Own Ground: Exploring individual positions and interests.
-
Deepening Shared Interests: Building bridges between different interests.
-
Connecting Interests: Converting interests into concrete agreements.
Sustainable Solutions
By focusing on trust, neutrality, and constructive dialogue, we ensure sustainable solutions and better preparation for future conflicts through mediation.
