  • Self-knowledge and Self-insight Increase: Through feedback, practical examples and interim assignments.

  • Final evaluation: Both with the coachee and the manager to discuss progress and determine further steps.

 

Preconditions:

  • Positive Positioning: Coaching is approached positively within the organisation.

  • Motivation and Safety: The coachee must be motivated and feel safe with the coach.

  • Confidentiality: What is discussed remains confidential between coach and coachee.

  • Suitable Location: Coaching takes place in a confidential location, possibly outside the work environment.

  • Timing: The duration and intensity of the process are determined in advance with a clear end date.
