My name is Martine Maloens (1975) and I have over 25 years of experience in HRM, both within companies and in an HR consulting role.

 

Over the years I have built up a broad expertise in organizational development, coaching and guiding both individuals and teams. I get energy from listening to the specific needs of an organization and developing tailor-made solutions.

 

My experience ranges from job classifications and competency management to leadership trajectories, both in the private and public sector. Since 2012 I have been working as an independent consultant, with the aim of supporting organizations and employees in their growth and change.

 

In addition to my work as a consultant, I also guide people in their careers. My background is Work and Organizational Psychology (KUL, 1998) and I have completed an additional coaching training at The Coaching Square.

 

What drives me is to provide practical tools that people and organizations can really move forward with.
