Short biography

I am Maura Melis (1974) and have a broad experience as a trainer and consultant in the field of growth and change processes, both for individuals and for organizations.

I focus mainly on situations in which development or change threatens to get stuck, because practice often takes a different turn than theory. My strength lies in translating theory into concrete frameworks and exposing underlying dynamics and patterns.

My fascination for group dynamics and leadership grew from my studies in Modern History, and that interest has always remained.

After my career in a management role, I provided various coaching and skills training courses and I am a recognized mediator.

My education, including training in organizational constellations, systems thinking and Deep Democracy, supports my work as a coach and consultant. I use this knowledge to guide people and organizations in their change processes, with a strong focus on connectedness and collaboration.
