As an executive or business manager, you know better than anyone how important it is to pause and evaluate the course mid-year. We invite you and other managers for a unique half-day full of inspiration, reflection and tasty snacks. Together, we will take the time to reflect on the past six months so that we can tackle the second half of the year with a clear view and renewed energy.

• An inspiring speaker: We start the day with an engaging session that provides a framework for looking at your work and goals from a fresh perspective.

• Intervision and Reflection: Afterwards, we will take time to reflect on the past six months in small groups. What are your successes? What have you run into? And what do you want to tackle differently in the coming period? Together, we discover new perspectives and solutions.

• Relaxation with snacks: While we reflect and discuss, we enjoy a snack and a drink. Meet like-minded people, share experiences and strengthen your network in a relaxed atmosphere.
